What guarantee terms apply to the set?
We offer a guarantee of up to 10 years on our products. The same guarantee conditions apply to bundled items as for individual purchases. You can find details on the respective product pages or in our guarantie overview.
When will I receive my items?
Your products will be shipped together. If one item has a longer delivery time, the shipping date will be based on the later product. Please pay attention to the delivery time information when making your selection.
Can I return a single item from the set?
Yes, a complaint or return of a single item is certainly possible within the 60-day return period. Please note: In this case, the bundle discount will be forfeited. You will receive a refund for the purchase price of the returned product minus the difference to the regular single price of the item you keep (at the time of purchase).
What if I want to exchange an item because I would prefer a different size or color?
No problem! Just reach out to us through our contact form. You send the item back, and we'll exchange it for you. If the price changes due to the new variant, we'll charge or refund you the difference.
Can I apply the bundle discount retroactively if I already own one or more items from the set?
The bundle discount is only valid when purchasing all included products as a set at the same time. Unfortunately, a retroactive price advantage is not possible if you have already purchased one or more items individually. The savings are only realized when buying the complete bundle in a single order.
