General
Based on Article 13 of the Swiss Federal Constitution and the data protection provisions of the Swiss Confederation (Federal Act on Data Protection, FADP), every person has the right to protection of their privacy and protection against misuse of their personal data. The operators of this website take the protection of your personal data very seriously. We treat your personal data confidentially and in accordance with the applicable statutory data protection regulations and this Privacy Policy.
In cooperation with our hosting providers, we endeavour to protect databases as well as possible against unauthorised access, loss, misuse or falsification.
We would like to point out that data transmission over the internet (e.g. communication by email) may have security gaps. Complete protection of data against access by third parties is not possible.
By using this website, you consent to the collection, processing and use of data as described below. This website can generally be visited without registration. Data such as accessed pages or names of retrieved files, date and time are stored on the server for statistical purposes without being directly related to your person. Where personal data (such as name, address or email addresses) are collected on our website, this is always done on a voluntary basis where possible. Such data will not be passed on to third parties without your express consent.
Processing of Personal Data
Personal data are all information relating to an identified or identifiable natural person. A data subject is a person whose personal data are processed. Processing includes any handling of personal data, regardless of the means and procedures used, in particular the storage, disclosure, acquisition, deletion, retention, modification, destruction and use of personal data.
We process personal data in accordance with Swiss data protection law. Where and to the extent that the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) is applicable, we also process personal data on the following legal bases in conjunction with Art. 6(1) GDPR:
lit. a) Processing of personal data with the consent of the data subject.
lit. b) Processing of personal data for the performance of a contract with the data subject and for pre-contractual measures.
lit. c) Processing of personal data for compliance with a legal obligation to which we are subject under EU law or the law of a country in which the GDPR is applicable.
lit. d) Processing of personal data to protect vital interests of the data subject or another natural person.
lit. f) Processing of personal data to safeguard our legitimate interests or those of third parties, unless the fundamental rights and freedoms of the data subject prevail. Legitimate interests include in particular our business interest in being able to provide our website, information security, enforcement of legal claims and compliance with Swiss law.
We process personal data only for as long as necessary for the respective purpose. Where longer retention periods are required due to legal or other obligations, we restrict processing accordingly.
Cookies
This website uses cookies. Cookies are small text files that make it possible to store specific, user-related information on the user’s device while using the website. Cookies allow us in particular to determine the frequency of use and the number of users, analyse usage behaviour and make our offering more user-friendly. Cookies remain stored beyond the end of a browser session and can be retrieved on a subsequent visit. If you do not wish this, you should configure your internet browser to refuse cookies.
A general objection to the use of cookies for online marketing purposes can be declared for many services, especially tracking, via the US website http://www.aboutads.info/choices/ or the EU website http://www.youronlinechoices.com/. In addition, cookies can be disabled in the browser settings. Please note that in this case not all functions of this online offering may be available.
SSL/TLS Encryption
For security reasons and to protect the transmission of confidential content, this website uses SSL/TLS encryption. You can recognise an encrypted connection by the change in the browser address line from “http://” to “https://” and by the lock symbol in your browser.
When SSL or TLS encryption is activated, data transmitted to us cannot be read by third parties.
Contact Form
If you send us enquiries via the contact form, your details from the enquiry form, including the contact data you provide there, will be stored by us for the purpose of processing the enquiry and in case of follow-up questions. We do not pass on this data without your consent.
Newsletter
If you would like to receive the newsletter offered on the website, we require an email address from you as well as information that allows us to verify that you are the owner of the specified email address and that you consent to receiving the newsletter. No further data are collected. We use this data exclusively for sending the requested information and do not pass it on to third parties.
You may revoke your consent to the storage of the data and the email address as well as their use for sending the newsletter at any time, for example via the “unsubscribe” link in the newsletter.

Every data subject has the right to obtain confirmation from the website operator as to whether personal data concerning them are being processed. You may contact the Data Protection Officer at any time to exercise this right.
Right to Information
Every data subject has the right to obtain free information about their stored personal data and a copy of this information at any time. This may also include information on processing purposes, categories of personal data, recipients, storage duration, rights to rectification or erasure, restriction or objection, complaints to supervisory authorities, data origin, and transfers to third countries including safeguards.
Right to Rectification
Every data subject has the right to request immediate rectification of inaccurate personal data or completion of incomplete personal data. You may contact the Data Protection Officer at any time.

Google Ads
This website uses Google Conversion Tracking. If you have reached our website via an advertisement placed by Google, Google Ads will place a cookie on your computer. The conversion tracking cookie is set when a user clicks on an ad placed by Google. These cookies expire after 30 days and are not used for personal identification. If the user visits certain pages of our website and the cookie has not yet expired, we and Google can recognise that the user clicked on the ad and was redirected to that page. Each Google Ads customer receives a different cookie. Cookies cannot therefore be tracked across the websites of Ads customers. The information obtained using the conversion cookie is used to create conversion statistics for Ads customers who have opted for conversion tracking. Customers learn the total number of users who clicked on their ad and were redirected to a page with a conversion tracking tag. However, they do not receive information that can be used to personally identify users.
If you do not wish to participate in tracking, you can refuse the setting of cookies required for this purpose, for example by adjusting your browser settings to generally disable the automatic setting of cookies or by configuring your browser to block cookies from the domain “googleleadservices.com”.
Please note that you must not delete the opt-out cookies as long as you do not want measurement data to be collected. If you delete all cookies in your browser, you will need to set the respective opt-out cookie again.
Google Remarketing
This website uses the remarketing function of Google Inc. This function serves to present interest-based advertisements to website visitors within the Google advertising network. A so-called “cookie” is stored in the website visitor’s browser, which enables the visitor to be recognised when visiting websites that belong to the Google advertising network. On these websites, the visitor may be shown advertisements that relate to content the visitor previously viewed on websites that use Google’s remarketing function.
According to Google, no personal data are collected in this process. However, if you do not wish to use Google’s remarketing function, you can generally deactivate it by adjusting the relevant settings at http://www.google.com/settings/ads. Alternatively, you can deactivate the use of cookies for interest-based advertising via the Advertising Network Initiative by following the instructions at http://www.networkadvertising.org/managing/opt_out.asp.
Google Analytics
This website uses Google Analytics, a web analytics service provided by Google Ireland Limited. If the controller responsible for data processing on this website is located outside the European Economic Area or Switzerland, Google Analytics data processing is carried out by Google LLC. Google LLC and Google Ireland Limited are hereinafter referred to as “Google”.
The statistics obtained enable us to improve our offering and make it more interesting for users. This website also uses Google Analytics for cross-device analysis of visitor flows, which is carried out using a user ID. If you have a Google user account, you can deactivate cross-device analysis of your usage in the settings under “My Data”, “Personal Data”.
The legal basis for the use of Google Analytics is Art. 6(1) sentence 1 lit. f GDPR. The IP address transmitted by your browser as part of Google Analytics is not merged with other Google data. We point out that Google Analytics has been extended on this website by the code “_anonymizeIp();” to ensure anonymised collection of IP addresses. This means that IP addresses are processed in shortened form so that they cannot be associated with a specific person. If the data collected about you can be linked to a person, this is immediately excluded and the personal data are deleted immediately.
Only in exceptional cases is the full IP address transmitted to a Google server in the USA and shortened there. On behalf of the operator of this website, Google will use this information to evaluate your use of the website, compile reports on website activity and provide further services related to website and internet usage for the website operator. For exceptional cases in which personal data are transferred to the USA, Google has submitted to the EU-US Privacy Shield: https://www.privacyshield.gov/EU-US-Framework.
Google Analytics uses cookies. The information generated by the cookie about your use of this website is usually transmitted to a Google server in the USA and stored there. You can prevent the storage of cookies by adjusting your browser software accordingly; however, we point out that in this case you may not be able to use all functions of this website to their full extent. You can also prevent the collection of data generated by the cookie and related to your use of the website (including your IP address) by Google and the processing of this data by Google by downloading and installing the browser plugin available at the following link: Google Analytics Opt-Out.
You can also prevent the use of Google Analytics by clicking on this link: Google Analytics Opt-Out. An opt-out cookie will be stored on your device that prevents the processing of personal data by Google Analytics. Please note that if you delete all cookies on your device, these opt-out cookies will also be deleted, meaning that you must set the opt-out cookies again if you wish to continue preventing this form of data collection. Opt-out cookies are set per browser and device and must therefore be activated separately for each browser, computer or other device.
Triple Whale
This website uses the analytics service “Triple Whale” provided by Triple Whale Inc., 266 N 5th Street, Columbus, OH 43215, USA. In this process, Triple Whale collects usage data (e.g. pages accessed, click behaviour, order events), technical information (e.g. truncated IP address, browser type, device type, timestamps) as well as order and campaign data, which may be assigned in pseudonymised form to a customer number or order ID.
Processing is carried out for the purpose of analysing and improving our offering as well as attributing sales to advertising campaigns (attribution). The legal basis for the use of Triple Whale is Art. 6(1) sentence 1 lit. f GDPR.
Triple Whale uses cookies. The information generated by the cookie about your use of this website is generally transmitted to a Triple Whale server in the USA and stored there. You can prevent the storage of cookies by adjusting your browser software accordingly; however, we point out that in this case you may not be able to use all functions of this website to their full extent.
The data processed by Triple Whale are stored only for as long as is necessary for the purposes described above and are subsequently deleted or anonymised. Further information on data processing by Triple Whale can be found in the privacy policy at https://www.triplewhale.com/pages/privacy-notice and in the Triple Whale Data Privacy Framework at https://www.triplewhale.com/pages/data-processing-addendum.
