Refund policy

 

The following cancellation policy applies to contracts for goods that can be shipped as a package via a shipping company. 

Right of Withdrawal for Package-Shipping Goods

As a consumer, you have the right to withdraw from this contract within fourteen days. The withdrawal period is fourteen days from the day you or a third party designated by you, who is not the carrier, takes possession of the goods. You have an additional 46 days from the date of withdrawal to return the goods to us. This means you have a total of 60 days to send the goods back.

with a clear statement (for example, a letter sent by post or an email) about your decision to withdraw from this contract.

You can use our  Return Contact Form for this purpose. To meet the withdrawal deadline, it is sufficient that you send the notification of exercising the right of withdrawal before the withdrawal period expires.

Consequences of Withdrawal

If you withdraw from this contract, we will refund all payments received from you, including standard delivery costs, without delay and no later than fourteen days from the day we receive your notification of withdrawal from this contract. We will use the same payment method that you used for the original transaction unless you have expressly agreed otherwise with us. In no case will you incur any fees for this refund. We may withhold the refund until we have received the goods back or until you have provided proof that you have sent the goods back, whichever is earlier. If there is a loss in value of the goods due to handling beyond what is necessary to ascertain their nature, you will be liable for this loss in value.

You must return the goods immediately and in any case no later than 46 days from the day you inform us of the withdrawal from this contract to

The deadline is met if you send the goods before the 46-day period expires. We will bear the direct costs of the return shipment.

Contracts for the delivery of goods that are not pre-manufactured and for which the consumer's individual choice or determination is significant or that are clearly tailored to the personal needs of the consumer cannot be withdrawn from.
