The cancellation period for the purchase contract is 14 days from the date of delivery, plus an additional 46 days to return the goods to us. This gives you a total of 60 daysto send the items back to us. The products can be unpacked, assembled, and tested. However, please note that the items must be returned in their original packaging and in unused condition. If this is not met, we may not be able to provide a full refund or may only be able to issue a partial refund.
In general, you can return an entire office set (desk, office chair, and accessories) within the return period, as long as it is unused and in its original packaging. However, it is not possible to return multiple items of the same product to us.
The assembly service is excluded from the refund.
A return requested within the 60-day return period is free for you.
For a return, please use our return form. Once we have positively reviewed your information and details, you will receive a free return label from us.
If you are making a complaint about a defective product, please use our complaint form.
We will issue a full refund as long as the return is initiated within 60 days and successfully inspected by us.
Generally, the amount to be refunded will be returned to the original payment method. Refunds to a different payment option are not possible.
Due to the inspection of the returned goods, a refund may take up to 14 business days.
Desk Pro 2, Desk Essential, Desk Basic, Desk Basic S, and Desk Frame:The serial number is located under the tabletop, in the center of the table frame on a silver sticker. For the Desk Pro 2, the sticker may be covered by the metal cover, which will need to be removed first. The serial number starts with the letters SN followed by 9 digits.
On the Desk One, the sticker with the serial number can be found on the underside of the base. For the Desk Four, you will find the serial number on the inside of the table frame.
Chair Classic:For the Chair Classic, the serial number is located on the underside of the chair. It begins with the letters SN followed by 9 digits.
