How does the key lock function work on the Desk Pro Nature?

To activate the key lock, first press the user button and then the down button. Both buttons need to be held down for about 5 seconds. A countdown will be displayed until the controls are locked. To deactivate the key lock, simply repeat the same process until the countdown appears on the display and the controls are unlocked again.

Is the Desk Pro Nature a tested and certified desk?

The stability and robustness of the Desk Pro Nature have been demonstrated through repeated and rigorous pendulum impact tests. This successfully proves that the Desk Pro stands steady at any height adjustment, allowing for comfortable work in any sitting position. Additionally, the stability of the desk has been tested according to EN 527-2, while the ergonomic adjustment range of the Desk Pro has been confirmed according to EN 527-1.

How can the bamboo tabletop be cleaned and maintained?

The table's power cord must be disconnected from the power supply before any cleaning or maintenance.

For light and normal dirt, the tabletop can be cleaned with a paper towel, a soft, clean cloth (dry/slightly damp), or a non-scratch sponge (slightly damp). Use regular household cleaners or soaps for this purpose. To avoid streaks, wipe the surface with a little warm water and then dry it with regular paper or microfiber cloths.

Do NOT use the following items to clean the table:

Abrasive and scouring agents such as abrasive powders, scouring pads, and steel wool
Polish, powdered detergents, furniture cleaners, bleach
Cleaning agents with strong acids and acidic salts
Steam cleaning devices

What material properties does a bamboo tabletop have?

Bamboo tabletops are a natural product, and bamboo is a living material that changes over time. Moisture, light, and temperature have an effect during, before, and after the production of the tabletops. Each bamboo tabletop is unique: variations in color, knots, unevenness, cracks, or differences in dimensions as well as variations in slat width are to be expected and contribute to the authenticity and charm of bamboo. Therefore, none of these are valid reasons for a complaint.
