Zufrieden mit der Lieferung und dem Produkt, danke!

Auf der Suche nach einem Tisch für Home-Office kam ich auf Yaasa. Ich fand die Beratung durch den Kundendienst sehr gut und entschied mich für Desk Expert 160 x 80 mit Bambus-Platte. Den Tisch finde ich sehr qualitativ verarbeitet und recht stabil, auch beim Stehen (für mich ca. 110 cm Tischhöhe). Nach ca. einer Woche Testen bin ich sehr zufrieden.
Lediglich war die Zustellung nicht ganz zufriedenstellend: es waren zahlreiche Beschädigungen an der Verpackung zu sehen und (zum Glück nur) eine Metallabdeckung war beim Transportieren verbogen. Glücklicherweise ist die Verpackung sehr robust. Auch hier fühlte ich eine sehr gute Betreuung durch Yaasa und ein Ersatzteil wurde mir binnen weniger Tage ordentlich nachgeliefert.
Zusammengefasst bin ich sowohl mit dem Tisch als auch mit der Betreuung sehr zufrieden. Gerne immer wieder!

Ich habe den Yaasa Desk Expert seit einigen Wochen im Einsatz und bin rundum zufrieden. Vorher hatte ich einen höhenverstellbaren Schreibtisch von IKEA, der zwar funktional war, aber leider immer gewackelt hat – gerade im Stehen. Der Unterschied zum Desk Expert ist enorm: Dieser Tisch ist super stabil, nichts wackelt, selbst in der höchsten Position.
Besonders positiv hervorzuheben:
Sehr hochwertige Verarbeitung – alles wirkt solide und langlebig.
Leiser, gleichmäßiger Motorlauf – keine Ruckler, keine Vibrationen.
Durchdachte Details wie die Kabeldurchlässe in der Tischplatte und die aufgeräumte Kabelführung mit optionalem Zubehör.
Ich habe außerdem noch meine eigene massive Tischplatte montiert – dank der beigelegten Schrauben war das kein Problem. Der Desk Expert passt sich also auch individuellen Vorlieben super an.
Für mich, der seit Jahren im Homeoffice arbeitet, ist das eine Investition, die sich wirklich gelohnt hat. Absolute Empfehlung!

Innerhalb einer Woche wurde der Tisch geliefert. Die Spediteure haben die Schachteln bis in die Wohnung gebracht was ich sehr geschäzt habe
Das Zusammenbauen war einfach und zu zweit in einer guten halben Stunde erledigt.
Der Tisch ist sehr stabil und funktioniert soweit einwandfrei. Definitiv eine Aufwertung meines Home Office Bereichs.
